We are excited to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 22 May in Beijing. The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Swedish Chamber, and is tasked, among others, to elect a Board of Directors to oversee the Chamber's activities. Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative( or so called "Primary Member" in our CRM system ) of each member company, as registered with the Chamber.

Kindly Note:
- This event is open only to current valid corporate members.
- Each member company is entitled to one seat/vote during the meeting.

Following the AGM, we will host a spring cocktail dinner at the same venue. The registration to the spring cocktail dinner will be added later.
