We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held in Shanghai, on May 13, 2022 onine on Teams platform.
The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Swedish Chamber, and is tasked, among others, to elect a Board of Directors to oversee the Chamber's activities. Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative/Primary Member of each member company, as registered with the Chamber.
If you, as a Chamber Representative, cannot participate in the meeting, you are welcome to give your proxy to a colleague of your own choice or to our Chairman Ludvig Nilsson.
