We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held in Beijing, on May 19 at 4:30 pm, at 751D·PARK 北

The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Swedish Chamber, and is tasked, among others, to elect a Board of Directors to oversee the Chamber's activities. Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative/Primary Member of each member company, as registered with the Chamber.

If you, as a Chamber Representative, cannot participate in the meeting, you are welcome to give your proxy to a colleague of your own choice or to our Chairman Ludvig Nilsson.

Following the AGM, we will hold SwedCham 25-year Anniversary Dinner Party at same venue as AGM is held, 751 D Park, to register for this special occasion, please follow below link:
