SH: Swedish Midsummer 2020 [SOLD OUT!]

It's finally that time of the year again: Swedish Midsummer 2020! 🎉

Yes, you heard right! As spring is coming to an end and with summer approaching, SwedCham is excited to invite you this year's edition of the traditional midsummer celebration on June 20th at Radisson Blu Hotel Xingguo. Together, in the company of friends and family, we will celebrate with traditional Swedish food and drinks, and of course classic games, singing and dancing! 🍻🎵

There will be a maypole, midsummer buffet and of course snaps waiting for you, so make sure to warm up your vocal cords and prepare for a night you won't soon forget. The celebration will take place on a beautiful garden (on grass 🌱​), and through our negotiations with the weather Gods we hope to have a blue sky and warm weather. ☀️ Welcome! 💃🎶

Location: Radisson Blu Plaza Xingguo Hotel Shanghai, Xingguo Road 78, Shanghai Shi, China

Time:

• 4 PM: Registration and welcoming. There will be games and activities, in addition to plenty of opportunities to mingle!
• 5:30 PM: Dinner is served. A traditional Swedish buffet menu will be available for everyone to enjoy including a 2 hours free-flow of beer & wine.
• 9 PM: Bus to after-party venue.

Price:

• Members, YP and family to members: 550 RMB (early bird) / 590 RMB
• Non-members: 700 RMB (early bird) / 795 RMB
• Children up to the age of 8: 250 RMB
• Company table ticket: 1400 RMB (early bird) / 1900 RMB

Please note that the early bird offer ends at 1st of June, so make sure to grab your tickets sooner rather than later. A company ticket is perfect if you want to ensure that you are seated with your company, and get an opportunity to display your company to all participants!
