Dear valued member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, we would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held in Shanghai, on 29 May 2026.

The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Swedish Chamber, and is tasked, among others, to elect a Board of Directors to oversee the Chamber's activities. Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative (or so called "Primary Member" in our CRM system ) of each member company, as registered with the Chamber.

Why AGM matters?

1. Shape the Chamber's Future: Participate in key decisions and elect the Board of Directors to oversee our activities.
2. Exercise Your Voting Rights: As a primary member, your vote matters in guiding the Chamber's direction.
3. Network with Key Stakeholders: Connect with other members and industry leaders.
4. Stay Informed: Gain insights into the Chamber's achievements, plans, and strategic priorities.
5. Exclusive Member Event: This is a members-only opportunity to engage directly with the Chamber's leadership.

Kindly Note:

• This event is open only to current valid corporate members.
• Each member company is entitled to one seat/vote during the meeting.
