SwedCham invites you to play with the first padel company in China!

With its low barrier for starting and a high learning curve, padel has become the fastest growing sport in the world. A mix between tennis and squash, it is played with 4 people on the court half the size of a tennis court. The smaller field, soft ball and rackets make the sport less physically demanding and more inclusive at the same time. Reports say that:

• More than 60% of the people who tries the sport starts playing regularly
• More than 53% of the players go to the court more than 2 times per week

SwedCham invites its members to join a 2-hour padel session at one of the most iconic locations in Shanghai: The rooftop of Global Harbor, Asia's largest shopping mall! The Swedish company PadelX, who brought the sport to China in early 2017, will bring a professional padel coach to host a 1-hour long padel lesson for the participants. This will be followed by 1 hour of playing at the court with the fantastic view. In addition, Scandic Foods will join this event and provide beer to the participants.

Please note that there is a maximum limit of 8 people per time slot. If the tickets for the first time slot sell out we will open more time slots.
