Overview of the Event

The "Well Being Day" event, meticulously crafted by Raffles Hospital & Jinshang Yuan, lasts for 3 hours. With the core concept of "Protecting Health, Prevention First", it integrates three major segments: free medical consultations by doctors, health lectures, and interactive forums. It provides participants with professional health guidance and services, helping them establish scientific health concepts and improve their own health management capabilities.

讲座将由莱佛士医院的资深医生主讲，围绕 "如何不生病" 这一核心主题展开。专家会从饮食、运动、作息、心理等多个方面，深入剖析影响健康的关键因素，并给出实用的预防建议。

论坛-主持人和 4位嘉宾 （嘉宾选择：全科/内科医生/中医/基因学/ 理疗科/心理科）

16：00-17：00 医生义诊环节

此环节将设置多个义诊区域，涵盖内科、外科、儿科、妇科、中医科等多个常见科室。莱佛士医院将安排经验丰富的医生坐诊，为参与者提供免费的基础健康检查，如测量血压、血糖、心率等，同时解答大家关于健康方面的疑问。

14:30-16:00 Themed lecture + forum on "How to Stay Healthy"

The lecture will be given by senior doctors from Raffles Hospital, focusing on the core theme of "How to Stay Healthy". Experts will conduct in-depth analysis of key factors affecting health from multiple aspects such as diet, exercise, work and rest, and psychology, and provide practical preventive suggestions.

Forum - Host and 4 guests (Guest options: General practice/Internal medicine/Traditional Chinese medicine/Genetics/Physiotherapy/Psychology)

16:00-17:00 Free medical consultation session

In this session, multiple free consultation areas will be set up, covering various common departments such as internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, and traditional Chinese medicine. Raffles Hospital will arrange experienced doctors to be on duty, providing participants with free basic health checks such as measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate, and answering everyone's questions about health.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the training costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). Make sure your IT has whitelisted the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz​. E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email or contact finance@swedcham.cn.
