Rachel Tong oversees Lean In China's (LIC)  strategy including programs, team management and government relations. Prior to joining LIC, she worked at China’s leading think tank on philanthropy, driving industry-renowned executive education programs, corporate and family philanthropy global initiatives. 

Rachel is also an experienced educator and researcher. She has published different industry reports and contributed articles to four national publishing projects focusing on the social sector. 

Rachel was previously sponsored by the US State Department to attend a fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School and was selected as a Richard Rockefeller Fellow.

Senior manager with a mechanical engineering education, having broad international experience within industrial manufacturing and products.

Most of my career I have been working as an engineer and manager within Sandvik Coromant, manufacturing, developing, promoting and selling cutting tools to the metal cutting industry. Teams I have lead in Sweden, France, Germany and China have been within production, technical support and sales functions, going from departments to site and country organizations. Transformation and continues adjusting to business climate and opportunities are a natural part of my work.

Ally (Ying) Liu is the R&D manager of BR&T-China, managing daily oversight and fostering development of the China R&D team. Prior to this role, she was the Principle Investigator on several projects across Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Language Processing Tool and Connectivity domains in BR&T-China. The goal of this research is to support Boeing’s market growth in China by addressing some unique needs of support and services with globally applicable solutions. These tasks range from software development to wireless communication design, most projects are in the feasibility and practicability stage.
Ally joined BR&T-China in 2015. Before that, she has over ten years of work experience in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and the Telecommunications field. She participated in writing three academic books that were published by Science Press etc. She graduated from the EMBA program from Smith School of Business, University of Maryland in 2019. She holds a PhD in Electronic Science and Technology. Her bachelor and PhD degrees were obtained from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Xidian University. Her master’s degree was received in Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. Her master’s thesis was done at German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Munich, Germany. Ally is a happy mother of two lovely girls.

Anders Wollter, Head of CSR Centre, Embassy of Sweden in Beijing Mr. Anders Wollter is a Swedish career diplomat with broad experience from several postings at HQ, as well as abroad (Kosovo, China, Brazil, France, Belgium, Germany, Kenya). He joined the Foreign Service in 1984. His specialties include economic diplomacy, European Union affairs, development and reform cooperation, trade promotion, nation branding, sustainability, innovation systems and CSR.
In September 2019, Mr. Wollter assumed the position as Head of CSR Centre at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing (Minister Counsellor), an appointment that he also held from 2011 to 2013. Recent positions include Senior Adviser at the Government’s Office of Project Exports and Head of Mission of the Swedish Embassy in Pristina, Kosovo.
Earlier assignments of Mr. Wollter include preparing a strategic partnership between Sweden and Brazil, coordinating the establishment of House of Sweden in Washington D.C., and setting up coordination procedures in preparation for Sweden’s entry into the European Union in 1995. Mr. Wollter holds a degree in International Economy and Business Management, and Political Science. Beside his native language, Swedish, he speaks English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish. He is married and has three grown-up children.
