Ramón Sariego-Villar is the Managing Director, Greater China and North-East Asia, Electrolux, based in Shanghai, China, a position he assumed in 2019.

Ramón has amassed nearly 20 years of progressive and diversified experience in Electrolux with recent 6 years in Asia, leading the most challenging aspects of running the appliances business across cultures and market landscapes. He possesses a record in leading regional and international business expansion with commercial excellence in the consumer goods industry and transformation of financial metrics and brand image in emerging markets.

Prior to his current assignment in Greater China and North-East Asia, he was Senior Vice President & Managing Director Asia Pacific – Floorcare & Small Domestic Appliances, based in Singapore, where he helped the product line business achieve strong commercial excellence and the historical top line record in the APAC region with robust EBIT improvement.

His journey with Electrolux started in 2003 as a treasury manager in Europe, followed by a stint of leadership roles in marketing strategy, product line management, finance, and general management across Europe. Before joining Electrolux, Ramón also worked in other global leading companies including AXA and Caterpillar in Europe.

Currently on Doctorate study in Business Administration, Ramón has an EMBA degree from IE Business School and is a life time member of the Beta Gamma Sigma of International Business Honor Society which is the highest honor attainable at an AACSB accredited school of business worldwide. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt holder.
Ramón is married with two sons.

Lars-Åke Severin founded PSU in China in 2006 and is one of the leading foreign experts on security management and internal investigations in China. Lars-Åke is the chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and director and member of the board of the Swedish industrial company Bulten (China).
