Christian Devillers is the CEO of Fotografiska Asia.
Originally from France, he came to Shanghai in 2005 after spending some years in the US, Turkey and Indonesia. He had multiple and diverse professional experiences in China: He came as the CEO of Lafarge China, a French Fortune 500 company involved in construction materials. He then left to found an O2O start-up that helped drive traffic to stores using Augmented Reality games. After selling the company, he joined the management of a network of marketing agencies focused on fashion and luxury before deciding in 2021 to join Fotografiska – the famous Stockholm museum – that wanted to expand in China. He is an avid collector of art and photography – as well as a jazz musician.
