Midsummer has been celebrated for hundreds of years in Sweden and we at SwedCham China are very excited to invite you to our traditional celebration on Midsummer's Eve, June 21 in the lush garden at Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai.

The maypole, midsummer buffet and snaps is awaiting, so make sure to warm up your vocal cards and tune in for a night you will never forget... The celebration will take place in Shanghai's perhaps greenest garden, tucked away right behind the bustling city life and charming villas of the "French Concession". Blue sky and sunshine has of course been ordered but can not be guaranteed during Shanghai's ever so charming plum rain season.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend a traditional event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz​". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
