When working for a Nordic company, it is essential to understand the Nordic mindset and its reflection in the company culture. At the same time, working in a Nordic company also often means to cooperate with colleagues both within China and globally. Therefore, building trust and effective relationships are key to building a successful working environment.
This interactive workshop's objective is to improve intercultural awareness in terms of working in a Nordic company and strengthen the relationship with key stakeholders in order to improve the quality of your workplace.
The two-hour workshop is based on different methods as:
- Short lectures and instruction
- Group discussion and interaction
- Simulations and role-play will be used to give you the possibility to reflect on your real situation, getting more awareness in cross-culture and team collaboration, and take steps forward.
