Introduction/课程介绍

Cost reduction and efficiency improvement are key corporate priorities, with continuous improvement initiatives serving as a primary driver. While companies are familiar with improvement tools and often have dedicated teams, many still face core challenges: What problems to prioritize? Which tools to apply? Who should be involved? What support is needed from leadership? Unclear answers lead to scattered efforts, recurring issues, and wasted resources. The Champion—a senior leader—ensures effective deployment of improvement activities by selecting themes, assigning teams, reviewing progress, and providing resources. This Champion Workshop helps organizations build a practical foundation for continuous improvement, driving higher quality, greater efficiency, and lower costs through focused sessions on:


· Common continuous improvement tools and their applicable scenarios

· Typical challenges for continuous improvement initiatives and breakthrough strategies

· Co-creation: Roles and Responsibilities of the Champion

· Co-creation: Criteria for Selecting Dedicated Continuous Improvement Personnel

· Co-creation: Criteria for Selecting Continuous Improvement Initiative Themes

· Co-creation: Identification and Prioritization of Potential Improvement Projects


After fully participation, participants will receive a Continuous Improvement Champion certification issued by ASQ (American Society of Quality) certified Master Black Belt.
