From April 2023. I lead subsidiary of Roxtec in Shanghai, China. Focus at Roxtec is to saving life and assets, as producer of innovative multidiameter sealing solutions for cables and pipes. Our company is more than 25 years in China. Before moving to China, last 12 years I was working at Roxtec subsidiary in Croatia in charge of Southeastern Europe. My business background before sealing industry covers IT industry and Construction industry. Most of my career I worked in „traditional industries“ which bring a lot of challenges but also great opportunities for a woman.

Jessica Vilhelmsson is Regional Country Manager Production for H&M Group in Far East Asia. In her role, she is responsible for supply chain activities including supplier development, quality and sustainability performance for H&M Group’s sourcing in the region.
Jessica came to work and live in China first time in 2010. At that time, she worked for SKF. 2015 she joined H&M Group in Shanghai office as country controller. In 2017 she was promoted to Country Manager for Indonesia production market where she worked for 4 years before taking the current assignment and returning to China. Jessica brings determination and passion into her role. Always striving to improve operations and the industry as a whole.
Jessica has a Master in Accounting and Marketing School of Business, Economics and Law, Göteborg University, Sweden
