He has been fortunate to work in many different cities such as Stockholm, London, New York and Hong Kong. Currently, his role at SEB is Head of Markets Asia.

Sean Yokota is the Head of Markets Singapore at SEB and joined in September 2012. Sean manages the trading, sales and research teams in Singapore. For the first 6 years at SEB, Sean was the Head of Asia Strategy focusing on macro research in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to SEB, Sean was Head of EM Asia FX Strategist at UBS and earlier was an Economist at UBS Hong Kong and Japan. Sean is a frequent speaker on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.
