2025年8月1日，最高人民法院举行新闻发布会发布《最高人民法院关于审理劳动争议案件适用法律问题的解释（二）》（简称"《劳动争议司法解释（二）》"）及典型案例。该司法解释将于2025年9月1日起施行。一经发布，即引发社会各界关注。

本次《劳动争议司法解释（二）》涉及诸多劳动热点问题，包括转包/分包工伤责任、关联企业混同用工的劳动关系和雇主责任认定、恶意规避连续订立二次固定期限劳动合同的情形、劳动合同违法解除或终止后不能继续履行的判定、不缴纳社保的约定是否有效等。

劳动法旨在保护劳动者的合法权益，但同时对企业来说亦具有重要意义和影响。本次活动中，挪威威宝律师事务所（Wikborg Rein）将对《劳动争议司法解释（二）》的一些重要条款进行梳理和解读，帮助会员了解国内最新的劳动法实施动态，并将同时提供一些合规指引帮助企业更好的规范用工。
