In recent months, China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) and State Taxation Administration (STA) have issued and extended several preferential tax policies for expatriates, resident individuals, and corporations in China. These measures send a positive signal, aiming to reduce tax burdens for both individuals and corporations in the country, and thereby boosting investments in the post-pandemic era.
