The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, in collaboration with Haglöfs, is delighted to invite you to a full day of outdoor exploration and activity. This event combines environmental awareness, outdoor learning, and nature exploration.

As interest in health, wellbeing, and outdoor lifestyles continues to grow, many in Shanghai are also looking for ways to reconnect with nature beyond the city. This is a unique opportunity to do just that. Guided by experienced professionals, we will explore scenic trails of the Qionglong Mountain in Suzhou together.

The day begins at Haglöfs' newly opened flagship store with check-in and registration, before heading out by shuttle to the mountain. After a short briefing and warm-up, the trail will take approximately four hours, including a short lunch break and some interactive activities along the way, before returning to the city in the afternoon.

What to expect:

This experience is designed as a "light hike" of approximately 10km and an elevation gain of 400 meters. With a duration of 3-4 hours, allowing for a relaxed phase. Inspired by Swedish values and Haglöfs' commitment to sustainability and nature we'll add a fun twist with activities like plogging and nature photography along the way.

Practical information:

• Proper attire is required: long-sleeve quick-dry clothing, long pants, and anti-slip hiking or walking shoes. Shorts, leather shoes, and sandals are not permitted.
• Bring a water bottle and a small backpack for personal items.
• Make sure to have a proper breakfast before the event. As only a light lunch will be provided, you may want to bring additional snacks if needed.
• Adults only, in good health, and fit for outdoor activities.
• Participants are required to have their own outdoor insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than five business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio).
