Landa Guo is an R&D services partner of PwC China firm.

Landa joined PwC since year 1999, from which she specializes in advising foreign investors on PRC tax and business issues. In recent years, Landa focuses mainly on R&D Incentive Services. She has been providing consulting, implementation support and tax audit defence services in relation to High New Technology Enterprise, Software and Integrated Circuit Enterprises, Technology Advanced Enterprise, R&D super deduction cases, and government technology cash incentives etc., to clients from a wide spectrum of industries. Landa has served quite some famous multinational companies and state owned enterprises on R&D super deduction and High New Technology Enterprise review and application services. Her expertise has covered a variety of fields including TMT, aircraft, banking, auto manufacturing, chemicals, robots, 3D printing, internet of things, pharm, medical instrument, integrated circuit, education industry etc.

Landa maintains a long-standing close working relationship with the relevant government authorities in China. She used to be invited to participate in the internal consultation meeting of the State Administration of Taxation for the design of the new Annual Corporate Income Tax Filing Returns. She is also committed to a long-term academic communication with various provinces Science and Technology Bureaux.

Landa is a frequent speaker on events organized by various commercial / industrial organizations. She has served as a director of executive committee of British Chamber of Commerce for consecutive 4 years.

Landa holds a bachelor degree of World Economy, Fudan University. She is a PRC Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a PRC Certified Tax Agent (CTA).

郭女士曾连续4年担任英国商会执行董事。

郭女士毕业于复旦大学世界经济系并获得经济学学士学位，为中国注册会计师和中国注册税务师。

Alexander Prautzsch is Tax Director with PwC China based in Shanghai office and is a member of the German as well as the European Business Group.

Alexander is a German certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) and has lived and worked in Shanghai since October 2005. Prior to working in China, Alexander worked for three years in the international tax department in Frankfurt. Alexander is a German native speaker and fluent in English and Mandarin.

Alexander is committed to advising European, particularly German-speaking clients, on their investments in China. He is focused on Chinese, German and international tax matters for corporate clients as well as their employees. Typical projects of Alexander include investment and expansion, restructuring, profit repatriation planning, employee assignment, cost cross-charges, supply chain planning projects, etc.

David is a marketing and digital innovation professional from the pharmaceutical industry. Leading efforts at Novartis Pharma China in the cardiovascular therapies, supporting the fight against cardiovascular diseases as the number one factor of death in China. Novartis is 100,000 people strong in the world with USD48 billion revenue in 2021. In China, Novartis has 7,500 employees and a USD3 billion revenue with rapid growth. His role is at the intersection of commercial marketing, product launch strategy and digital innovation to reach customers and users where and how they most need it. Swiss citizen, David is in Shanghai since 2020. He is also Board member of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and active in the local innovation and startup ecosystem.

With 31-years of investment banking and M&A experience, Gabriel is PwC China Inbound/Outbound Leader, and Deals Markets Leader. He heads the PwC Corporate Finance of 100 professionals focusing on equity fund raising for Chinese company and lead advising M&A transaction for both foreign direct investment in China and Chinese outbound investment. Gabriel is also responsible to develop and execute PwC’s global cross-border activities for China corporates and B&R strategy by connecting the PwC China firm and the PwC global network across all related industries.

Mr. Zhu has a professional experience of nearly 20 years in high-tech investment in China, focusing on domains including LoT, Enterprise SAAS, cloud service, innovative financial service, etc. He has led and contributed to a variety of projects including Airwallex, WaveOptics (Acquired by Snap), Teambition (Acquired by Alibaba), Brite Semiconductor, Cloudwise, etc.

Mr. Zhu has been ranked 36kr and one of Forbes China's top 100 venture capitalists for many years.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Automation from Donghua University in Shanghai.
