Swedish meatballs, or köttbullar, must be prepared, above all, with love. A staple food in grandma's cooking for many Swedes but Swedish meatballs are not that difficult to make and even quite fun. Under the guidance of Mattias Lundahl, Chef-in-residence at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing, Swedcham YP invites you to join this fun cooking class concluding with a meal around the table, enjoying what you and your fellow YP classmates have cooked using your newly acquired skills.


Start practicing your rolling-meatballs-skills, there will be a price for the most beautiful meatball!

Mattias Lundahl intro:

Mattias is a Swedish chef & Pastry chef, that moved to Beijing to work at the Swedish Embassy. His 25 years of culinary journey has take him from Sweden thru England, Carabbien, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg and China and by some competion like Culinary Olympic, World Cup and Pastry Chef of year in Sweden.
