Missed this Yoga After Work session last month? Welcome to join us for a peaceful Yoga evening session again at the Jinshang Rainbow Terrace on Friday, June 21st!
Together with Avisha Space, SwedCham China is delighted to hold a one-hour hatha yoga session again. This time you will have a chance to discover the beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor at Jinshangyuan.
Bruno the founder of Avisha Space will be leading the Yoga Session. The class will be made accessible for beginners, while more challenging options can be given for those that are already experienced in yoga – so it will be a class for everyone!
During a busy and sometimes stressful work week, yoga can provide an ideal opportunity to release your pressure. Avisha Space follows yoga in the traditional way, so that attention is not only placed on exercise, but also on breathing and concentration of mind, so that you will feel fully re-energized after the class.
The class structure:
- pranayama (regulation of breath)
- Sun salutations
- asanas (postures)
- final relaxation (that time when you relax and harvest the benefits of the practice)
What to bring?
- Exercise clothes you already have
- Your Own Yoga Mat
- Water Bottle

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend this event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than two (2) business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
