Well Being Day 活动，时长 3 小时，以 "医生教你怎么不生病 - 守护健康，预防为先" 为核心理念，融合医生义诊、健康讲座和互动论坛三大板块，为参与者提供专业的健康指导与服务，助力大家树立科学的健康观念，提升自身健康管理能力。

Overview of the Event

The "Well Being Day" event, meticulously crafted by Raffles Hospital & Jinshang Yuan, lasts for 3 hours. With the core concept of "Protecting Health, Prevention First", it integrates three major segments: free medical consultations by doctors, health lectures, and interactive forums. It provides participants with professional health guidance and services, helping them establish scientific health concepts and improve their own health management capabilities.

14:30-16:00 "医生教你如何不生病" 主题讲座 + 论坛

讲座将由莱佛士医院的资深医生主讲，围绕 "如何不生病" 这一核心主题展开。专家会从饮食、运动、作息、心理等多个方面，深入剖析影响健康的关键因素，并给出实用的预防建议。

论坛-主持人和 4位嘉宾 （嘉宾选择：全科/内科医生/中医/基因学/ 理疗科/心理科）

16：00-17：00 医生义诊环节

此环节将设置多个义诊区域，涵盖内科、外科、儿科、妇科、中医科等多个常见科室。莱佛士医院将安排经验丰富的医生坐诊，为参与者提供免费的基础健康检查，如测量血压、血糖、心率等，同时解答大家关于健康方面的疑问。

• Raphael Père -France, Mr Raphael Pere graduated as a Physiotherapist from the Haute Ecole Catholique Charleroi-Europe in Belgium in 2006. He then worked as a physiotherapist in several private practices across France, specializing in pediatrics, joint therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injuries. He moved to china in 2014, looking for new horizons and seeing his family.
• Dr Lucy Chen - Dr Chen attained her Family Medicine Residency at the Jewish General Hospital, under McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She also has a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of California in Berkeley, and obtained a Preventive Medicine Residency in University of California San Francisco, as well as a Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship in San Francisco General Hospital. She was also certified by the Harvard Global Mental Health - Trauma and Recovery Certificate Program.
• Amber Xu holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University (USA). As a humanistic psychotherapist, she integrates postmodern and cognitive approaches to support clients in addressing emotional distress, trauma, relationship issues, and workplace challenges, fostering psychological resilience and personal growth.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the training costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). Make sure your IT has whitelisted the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz​. E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder).
