Participation Requirements
- Participants must be at least 8 years old and above, in good health, and fit for outdoor activities; children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Proper attire is required: long-sleeve quick-dry clothing, long pants, and anti-slip hiking shoes; shorts, leather shoes, and sandals are not permitted.
- Please bring your own light meal and energy snacks; self-heating food is not allowed; all waste must be carried out.
- Participants are required to arrange outdoor insurance in advance, follow the instructions of the event leader, and adhere to Leave No Trace (LNT) principles.

参与要求
- 参与者需年满8周岁，身体健康，无不适宜户外运动的疾病；16周岁以下需监护人陪同
- 请穿着速干长袖、长裤及防滑徒步鞋；禁止穿短裤、皮鞋或拖鞋
- 请自备简餐及能量食品，严禁携带自热食品，所有垃圾需自行带走
- 活动前须自行购买户外保险，服从领队安排，并遵守LNT无痕山林环保准则

Safety Reminder
Safety always comes first during this outdoor event. Participants must strictly follow the guidance of instructors and team leaders, stay within the designated route and group, and avoid risky behaviors. Please take good care of your personal safety and property, and look after minors at all times. In case of physical discomfort or emergency, inform the staff immediately.
本次户外活动安全第一
参与者须严格遵从教练及领队指引，在指定路线及团队范围内活动，杜绝危险行为。请妥善保管个人财物、注意自身安全，并全程照看好未成年人。如身体不适或遇紧急情况，请立即告知工作人员。
Please kindly note: Upon successful registration, we will send a follow-up notice to all registered participants. In the event that the activity cannot proceed as scheduled on the day due to weather or other force majeure, it will be rescheduled to Sunday, April 19 or another upcoming weekend.
请知悉：⚠️报名成功后，我们将向所有已报名成员发布后续详细通知。如遇天气等不可抗力因素导致活动当日无法正常举行，活动将顺延至 4 月 19 日（周日）或后续其他周末时间。
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three (3) business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion , you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
