More than a year has now passed since the first tariffs were introduced as part of the ongoing trade conflict between China and US. There are signs that a deal might be in place within a near future, but tensions will most likely remain within a number of fields. As a Swedish company in China it is important to understand both short and long term impact on supply chain, competition and customer base. Many companies fall into the "wait and see" trap, with uncertainties delaying decisions and accelerating slowdown. In this Executive Dialogue, we will discuss the impact seen so far, and how to plan for potential scenarios moving forward.
