Thank you for having been part of and supported the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China in 2020. As is the case each year, we would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held in Beijing, on May 9, 2021, at Bvlgari Hotel Beijing.

The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Swedish Chamber, and is tasked, among others, to elect a Board of Directors to oversee the Chamber's activities. Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative of each member company, as registered with the Chamber.

If you as a Chamber Representative cannot participate in the meeting, you are welcome to give your proxy to a colleague of your own choice, or to our Chairman Lars-Åke Severin.
