Refund Policy

Tickets must be paid in advance, and proof of payment must be completed prior to the event in order to receive entry or event tickets.

Any exceptions — such as corporate tables or large-volume ticket purchases — require prior approval from the General Manager.

In cases of delayed payment, an administrative fee of RMB 200 will be charged per reminder, issued at two-week intervals until full payment is received. The first reminder and corresponding RMB 200 fee will be sent 14 days after the event date, followed by subsequent reminders every two weeks thereafter if payment remains outstanding. (Effective from 1 December)

Refunds for purchased tickets are only processed upon receiving written notice of cancellation and when received no later than:
- 7 business days before Traditional Events, Workshops, Courses & Trainings, Galas
- 3 business days before Factory Tours, Company Visits and After Works
- 24 hours before Sharp Talks, Seminars, Webinars, and other events

Or otherwise stated by SwedCham China, or any of its partners, co-organizer, service providers or such. Tickets will not be refunded in case a fapiao has already been issued. In case of no-shows, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests made according to the above time limitations will be processed as early as possible or latest within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request by email or written notice or the stated time period by any of SwedCham China’s partners, co-organizers, service providers or such.
