Swedcham's China News Flash Webinar is a collaboration between the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and the security consultancy PSU China since March 2020.

What's new in China News Flash 3.0? The webinar has been changed from monthly to quarterly event and four (4) times a year with a specific topic suggested by PSU. The purpose is to offer SwedCham members a regular, valuable and time-efficient update on the relevant business and industrial topics.

We are at a time when Europe is distancing itself from China on the one hand, and the need for Chinese supply chains is increasing on the other. New legislations increase the pressure on European companies and the need to understand and factually confirm a supplier's real situation increases.

The short article, "Chinese supply chains, sustainability, transparency, and fact-finding missions", from PSU is the start of News Flash 3.0, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce's continuation of the much-appreciated collaboration with PSU that began during the covid pandemic.

This article will be followed up with a 30-minute China News Flash 3.0 webinar on 16 December, 2024 on the topic:

"ESG and Chinese supply chains: transparency, transfer of labor and what is what? Who has the right of interpretation?"
