Lean Six Sigma DMAIC is an efficient problem-solving methodology, using "Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control" steps along with practical tools to achieve product quality improvement, process efficiency optimization, and operation cost reduction. Lean Six Sigma Certification is thus one of the most popular certifications in the workplace market. This training includes:

  • Introduction to the basics of Lean Six Sigma
  • The fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and the tools in each phase that is required at yellow belt level
  • A real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training


After fully participation, all participants will receive a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification issued by ASQ (American Society of Quality) certified Master Black Belt. This training will be held in Chinese.

精益六西格玛介绍


  • DMAIC – 定义(D)阶段

定义阶段需要回答的问题是:我们要解决的问题究竟是什么?为了回答这一问题,你将通过理论讲解和小组练习学习到如何创建项目立项书、如何创建SIPOC、以及如何生成CTQ。

  • DMAIC – 测量(M)阶段

测量阶段需要回答的问题是:问题的现状有多严重?为了回答这一问题,你将通过理论讲解和小组练习学习输出测量量识别、操作性定义、测量系统分析、基础统计量、过程能力、过程表现可视化。

  • DMAIC – 分析(A)阶段

分析阶段需要回答的问题是:问题的根本原因是什么?为了回答这一问题,你将了解根本原因验证的思路,并通过理论讲解和小组练习学习到如何通过鱼骨图和"5 Why",以及过程分析工具,如意面图和泳道图。

  • DMAIC – 改善(I)阶段

改善阶段需要回答的问题是:解决问题的最优方案是什么?为了回答这一问题,你将你会通过理论讲解和小组练习学习到如何用精益工具和多种头脑风暴工具生成潜在解决方案、如何筛选解决方案、以及如何实施解决方案。

  • DMAIC – 控制(C)阶段

控制阶段需要回答的问题是:如何保持改善结果的可持续性?为了回答这一问题,你讲学习如通过文件化、控制图和响应预案来维持改善结果。

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
