After the well-received full day trainings both held in Beijing and Shanghai last year, SwedCham China is glad to offer a Full Day offline course again to our members working within different projects. Effective Communication in Project Management is a practical training designed to help participants communicate clearly and effectively in project-based situations, especially difficult situations where leading without authority is needed. The whole course will be presented in CHINESE.


This is not a theoretical training on how effective communication works or what phycological tricks are behind it, instead, it only focuses on practical techniques which could bring visible improvements during the class. This training includes four (4) project-based effective communication techniques:

  • Project presentation technique
  • Project escalation technique (Group exercises are included)
  • Project feedback technique(Group exercises are included)
  • Project team internal alignment technique(Group exercises are included)


All above-mentioned techniques will be practiced though real-case exercises during the training.


Target audience

Project managers, entry-level to mid-level management staff who are frequently involved in projects.

以上提到的所有技巧都会通过培训中的实操练习得到锻炼。

在这一部分中,我们会介绍一个通俗易懂的演讲技巧:VIBE,从声音、信息、肢体语言和情绪这四个方面强调在项目中做公开演讲的注意事项。(包括小组练习)

  • 项目中的汇报技巧

在项目管理中,及时获取外部资源和支持是至关重要的。在这一部分中,我们会介绍一个特殊的项目汇报技巧:电梯汇报,这个技巧可以在干系人因为太忙而无法及时提供支持时起到重要作用。(包括小组练习)

  • 项目中的反馈技巧

在一个健康的项目环境中,团队成员可能需要经常给出并收到反馈建议,这样才能推动项目进展。在这一部分,我们会介绍对反馈建议的给出者和接收者的基本要求,以及一个可以提高反馈建议有效性的技巧:汉堡原则。(包括小组练习)

  • 建立项目团队共识技巧

我们期望看到一个项目团队的所有成员都朝着同一个方向努力,然而在实际中,大家常常发现不同的团队成员对项目的理解甚至都是不同的。在这一部分,我们会介绍一系列的工具用于帮助在项目团队内建立共识。(包括小组练习)
