With the increasing interests in Factory Tour among our members, now this time the SwedCham invites you to visit the two manufacturing factories of our Swedish member companies in Tianjin (天津): Bulten and Elos Medtech.

On the 12th of November, the SwedCham welcomes you to join this Full Day Factory tour from Beijing to Tianjin. During the tour in the morning session, all participants will be given an overview of fasteners production in Automotive industry and listen to Ms. Edith Wang, Managing Director at Bulten​, about their behind scene story of factory relocation from Beijing to Tianjin in 2019. A fine lunch will be arranged at Bulten Canteen.

In the afternoon session, we will take the bus and transfer to Elos Medtech​. The visiting group will be welcomed by Mr. Conny Jakobsson, Managing Director, Global Operational Excellence Director at Elos Medtech, with his presentation of Elos in Tianjin and followed by the plant tour and the introduction of their best practice in Gemba Walk, Lean Manufacturing and the 5S system in Medical technology industry.
