SwedCham together with Mercuri Urval is organising a workshop to address these topics and coach people who are working for Nordic companies in China, willing to develop and progress their careers in such cross-cultural business environment. Through this workshop, participants will be guided by Team Coaching to gain a better understanding of Nordic culture and appreciated behaviors as a Manager. The design of this workshop is aiming to increase people's self-awareness of their own unique strengths as a Manager and or Individual Contributor, get the knowledge about how to influence and manage up, as well as understand their development needs in order to achieve their career aspiration.

Joined Mercuri Urval as the very first Consultant in China in 2007. A certified ICF Coach, Soft Skill Trainer and Assessment Consultant. Based in Shanghai, with 24 years working for Swedish companies and Nordic clients on Business Consulting, Executive Search and Talent advisory.
Anne Zhang (Co-Lead), Executive Coach & Senior Consultant
Joined Mercuri Urval in 2010, took Team Leader role and became one of Mercuri Urval's first group of Partners in 2018. Anne is focused on Talent & Leadership Advisory and Executive Search. Typical clients are European companies that are growing fast in the Asia market facing interesting challenges during different development phases.

Caroline Qian, based in Shanghai, focuses on Executive Search & Selection; Capability Modelling and Review; Talent Management and Assessment; Development Training and consultancy. She also has experience working with Market and customer perception analysis as well as Gap analysis. Other assignments include Human capital due diligence and Integration management in change management. Recently she has also focused more on Business Coaching.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Caroline served as Project Manager for Business Sweden
Caroline has a Bachelor Degree in International Trading. She speaks Chinese Mandarin and English.

Anne Zhang, based in Shanghai, joined Mercuri Urval in 2010. She took Team Leader role and became one of Mercuri Urval’s first group of Partners in 2018. She is focused on Executive Search and Talent Solutions. Typical clients are European companies that are growing fast in the Asia market facing interesting challenges during different development phases. She has successfully led and conducted Leadership Development Programs, Business Coaching, Capability Review, and Executive Search projects across a range of sectors.
Before joining Mercuri Urval, Anne was 5 years as HR Business Partner and another 6 years working for a Swiss Consulting firm supporting European based clients in Asia on Talent Development. (Assessment Center, Potential Analysis, Individual Development Plan, etc.)
With her experience in the International business environment, Anne acts as a sparring partner and coach to senior business leaders, both Europeans working in Asia and Chinese with International background.
Anne earned both postgraduate diplomas in Training & HR Management, and Applied Psychology. She is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
