In collaboration with the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China

Conflict is present in every organization, and if people are resolving their conflicts with win-win outcomes, the result can be effective teamwork. Whether in far-reaching international diplomacy or the immediate response to a local crisis, developing successful alternatives to conflict requires firm command of the practice of negotiation. If conflicts aren't resolved, working relationships erode and the result is a growing morale problem that needs attention.

The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to welcome Kirk Kinnell, Faculty Member and Negotiation Expert at Schranner Negotiation, and Lars-Åke Severin, CEO & Founder of PSU China, who powered by their passion for conflict management, will help participants through their most challenging situations.
