The expressions "New Retail" and "O2O (online to offline)" are probably the buzzwords of the year, especially in China. The concepts aims to explain the development of the seamless experience between the online and offline world. The trend suggests that more and more online retailers are focusing on establishing traditional brick and mortar stores but with the advantages of e-commerce, logistic solutions and data.
