Niklas Bogefors is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling since 2002 and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial, Tech and Intellectual Property practice group. Within the scope of these operations Niklas assists the firm’s clients with legal issues which span a broad commercial spectrum. Examples of Niklas´ specialist experience include various forms of co-operation such as joint ventures, purchase and delivery functions, licences and system deliveries, outsourcing and board work. He is also head of the firm’s newly established task force for legal Covid 19/Force majeure-related topics, which consists of approximately twenty lawyers with expertise in all legal fields of the firm. Niklas and the team work with international and national clients across sectors - Industrial to Private Equity.

Andrew Houlbrook is a former Intelligence Analyst at the Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard in London, UK, where he worked in support of proactive police operations disrupting organized criminal networks.
After 7 years at Scotland Yard Andrew joined PSU in 2015 with a responsibility to develop PSU business intelligence system to better support investigations and strengthen customers' compliance needs.
Andrew has a Master of Informatics from the University of Edinburgh and he is the director of PSU Business Intelligence and Investigations.
