Join Swedish Young Professionals for a Mexican night of tequila tasting and tapas.


Miguel, owner of Mexican restaurants MAYA and MAYITA, will present this tequila tasting where we also get a chance to learn about tequila's origin, its history and interesting facts about this often misunderstood drink.


The night will serve us 6 different tequilas from some of the best producers in Mexico. This is not a lemon and salty "ganbei evening", but a trip into the amazing world of tequilas where all tequilas of this evening are of premium quality.

The tequila will be served with a Mexican tapas menu consisting of tacos, quesadillas, and other traditional dishes:

  • Icelandic Codfish Tostadita with Baja style fresh slaw & guacamole
  • Wild mushroom & Cheddar Empanadas
  • Maya Taquitos: Chicken mole, beans & lentils w/spinach & Beef barbacoa
  • Ginger chicken quesadilla
