The popular series of "Women Who Lead" continues with the fourth talk. FBCS and SwedCham are once again happy to invite four business professionals for an inspiring panel discussion. This time we are pleased to also have two gentlemen in the panel. The purpose of this event is to share and inspire more women to become leaders and to believe in their leadership skills. We also want to discuss how both women and men look at different career development questions.

About the panelists:
Cathy Wen, Executive Coach, B&B Advisors (Shanghai)
Cathy is a seasoned, ICF-accredited coach (PCC, International Coach Federation) with over 25 years of professional experience in China, Canada and the US.
She works with leaders from a wide variety of business sectors in both the individual and team coaching spaces, as well as delivering high-impact leadership development programs where the focus is on potential and performance. Prior to her coaching practice, Cathy was a senior executive at Nike, Omnicom, Ferrari. Cath's business experience covers general management, marketing, communications and consulting. In addition to her work with senior leaders, Cathy is passionate about assisting young talents to accelerate their development. She recently received the 5-Year Excellent Mentor Award by MBA Career Mentor Program of China European International Business School.
Madeleine Asplund, Senior Relationship Manager, Nordea Bank, Shanghai Branch
Madeleine has been working in the banking industry for more than 30 years.
She has had various roles like private banking advisor and relationship manager for businesses of all sizes from very small companies to large municipalities. She has also been a branch manager for 7 years.

Jörgen have held managerial positions in various companies since the mid-90th. His career has been divided between sales related positions and positions within manufacturing / supply chain.
From 2012 he has been based outside Sweden starting in Istanbul, Turkey, with the focus on Turkey and the Balkan countries, followed by Shanghai, China, with focus on Asian region, including China.
By education Jörgen has a various mix from behavior science, statistics, project & change management topped up with an Executive MBA. The combination of data interpretation and guidance and the individual/human impact on sustainable change have fascinated him over the years. Mikko Salmilahti, Managing Director, Aasia HR
Mikko Salmilahti has been working in service industries for more than 20 years. He is originally from Finland where he also pursued his studies and graduated with a Master's degree from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration. He left Finland in 2009 after a successful career in finance and moved to France.
It is in France he started his work in HR consulting, helping Nordic companies to find, recruit and retain the key people in these organizations.
In 2014 he moved to China and worked as the Country manager for a Swedish executive search company. In 2017 he founded Aasia HR, a boutique HR consulting company with operations in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is also the current Chairman of FBCS.
