"Vasaloppet" is a Swedish famous snow sports and historical cultural brand IP, it is the world largest and oldest XC skiing event.
In cooperation with Swedish Vasaloppet - "Vasaloppet China" has been successfully organized 22 times in Changchun, it is the biggest XC skiing event in China. It's now operated by our member company Nordicways.
The SwedCham China is thrilled to invite our members and individuals to join for the "Vasaloppet Culture & Sports 4-Day Tour" with the platform of Vasaloppet China. The event will take place from 2 January to 5 January, 2025.
This tour will give you an in-depth understanding of Swedish skiing culture history and the brand international development of Vasaloppet.
Pick up your forest, winter, snow and skiing memories and lift Vasaloppet's spirits.

1. Visit the " Vasaloppet Museum".
2. Introduction of Vasaloppet and XC skiing culture , history and development .
3. Competition track testing/XC skiing training.
4. Joining or watching the "Vasaloppet China" XC skiing competition.
5. Sight seeing of the snow and ice sculptures.
6. Participate the "Vasa Night"
(Vasa Night：include competition awarding ceremony, artistic performance, dinner banquet）.

0.3 KM: 100 CNY, Swedcham 80 CNY
1.5 KM: 150 CNY, Swedcham 120 CNY
6 KM: 200 CNY, Swedcham 160 CNY
25 KM: 490 CNY, Swedcham 390 CNY
50 KM: 750 CNY, Swedcham 600 CNY
Recommended hotel room and hotel buffet are optional choices for participants. Tickets are also available to book separately according to your needs.
Note: Flight/Train tickets to Changchun should be arranged by participants.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend this event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than 7 (Seven) business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyz". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
