Mr. Wu Zhenhao (August Wu) joined Volvo Car Group in 2013 and has been responsible for the company’s strategy and products in the Asia Pacifc region since 2022. During 2018 – 2020, he held the role of President of Polestar China, responsible for leading the positioning and development of Polestar's products and services in China, including Polestar’s marketing and branding. Before that, Mr. Wu held several senior management positions in Volvo Cars’ Asia Pacific headquarters in China and global headquarters in Sweden.
Prior to his experience in Volvo Car Group, he held a number of consulting roles related to auto industry within McKinsey & Company and Microsoft.

Xiaolin Yuan is the Senior Vice President of Volvo Car Group and President & CEO of Volvo Car Asia Pacific, positions which he has held since March 2017.

Mr. Yuan started his career as a diplomat in China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He moved to the private sector in 2001 by joining BP plc where he worked in business development and later M&A in London. With his expertise in M&A he joined Zhejiang Geely Holding in 2009 and played an integral role in the acquisition of Volvo Cars.

With over 25 years of experience within the Sandvik Group, primarily at Sandvik Coromant, Marco Zwinkels has built a distinguished career spanning research, development, sales, and strategic acquisitions. For the first two decades, he held various leadership roles in R&D, focusing on a broad range of technologies related to cutting tools and advanced manufacturing. In 2019, Marco Zwinkels transitioned into a commercial role, leading the Sales Area North Europe for nearly four years. Following this, he took on a new challenge in China, working on strategic acquisitions, including the Yongpu acquisition. Now based in Shanghai, he currently serves as the Head of Sales Area North Asia while continuing to play an active role in ongoing acquisition efforts.
