Does your company often run into similar problems that recure frequently? Are your employees so occupied with firefighting that more important topics has been neglected? Do you want to solve problems more efficiently? Lean Six Sigma DMAIC is such an efficient problem-solving methodology. It provides a structured path of "Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control" and practical tools in each phase to achieve product quality improvement, process efficiency optimization, and operation cost reduction. Therefore, Lean Six Sigma has been well applied in almost all industries and the related certification has become one of the most popular certifications at workplace. Lean Six Sigma professionals are rated as four different belt levels, which from bottom up are yellow belt, green belt, black belt and master black belt. A black belt is expected to master the methodology and all tools in each phase, to lead Six Sigma projects to solve complex problems with significant benefit, and to train, coach and certify YB and GB. This black belt training includes:
- The background and fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
- The tools in each DMAIC phase that is required at black belt level
- Deep dive in statistical analysis tools (hypothesis test, ANOVA, regression, DOE, etc.)
- Complete knowledge about MSA & SPC
- Soft skills required for leading DMAIC black belt projects
- Basic knowledge about DFSS
- A simulated problem-solving group exercise throughout the training
- Real project case study
After fully participation, passing the final exam, and passing project evaluation, participants will receive a Lean Six Sigma BLACK Belt certification issued by ASQ (American Society of Quality) certified Master Black Belt.

- 六西格玛DMAIC方法论的背景和底层逻辑
- 黑带认证要求的DMAIC方法论各阶段的工具
- 统计分析工具的深度讲解（假设检验、ANOVA、回归分析、试验设计等）
- SPC和MSA的完整内容
- 领导DMAIC黑带项目所需要的软性技能
- 六西格玛设计的基本知识
- 贯穿整个培训的问题解决的模拟练习
- 真实项目案例分析
在完整参加培训、通过结业考试、并通过项目评估之后，学员将获得由ASQ（美国质量学会）认证黑带大师授予的精益六西格玛黑带证书。
Target Audience/目标学员
Quality management and/or continuous improvement experts in the organization, as well as middle-level to senior managers interested in Lean Six Sigma. Functions are not required, preferably production, quality, logistics, SCM, finance, HR, customer service, etc. It's helpful for participants to have green belt or equivalent knowledge but it's NOT mandatory.

At the end of this session, participants will gain:
- Mindset change: participants will have a systematic, scientific and logical problem-solving mindset
- Skillset upgrade: participants will be proficient with Lean Six Sigma methodology and its tools, especially the systematic statistical analysis tools
- Problem-solving: participants will be able to apply the methodology and tools to solve the pain point problems for the organization
- Direct project benefit: the company will obtain significant quantifiable benefits from participants' projects
- Certification: qualified participants will receive a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification issued by ASQ certified Master Black Belt

If you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the training costs.

Speakers
Nadya has been deeply engaged in the field of Operations Excellence after graduated from Penn State with master’s in industrial engineering. She is proficient in Lean Six Sigma Methodology and data analysis tools, and has rich project experience in quality management, process optimization and operation transformation. She is one of the only 20+ ASQ certified Master Black Belts in China, and the author of the “Trainer Development Handbook”.
She used to work in multinational corporates, responsible for LSS in Asia Pacific region, then worked as a management consultant in a world-leading strategic consulting firm. Currently, Nadya is the master trainer of Linke consulting, providing training and coaching on Operations Excellence for corporate. She has developed 20+ training courses in areas of LSS, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, PM, Effective Communication, TTT, etc., delivered 700+ training sessions with 8000+ students trained from 40+ countries. She is spoken highly of by both corporate clients and individual students for her solid knowledge and experience, clear course logic, and the engaging training style.
