Hongbo Qin

Mr. Qin Hongbo, Doctor of Engineering, is currently the Deputy Director and senior engineer of Shanghai Energy Efficiency Center/Shanghai Industrial Green Development Promotion Center. He has long been committed to working on circular economy, engaged in the promotion of circular transformation of industrial parks, utilization of waste heat and solid waste and remanufacturing in Shanghai. He has formulated the Shanghai local standard Guidelines for Green Design Evaluation of Plastic Products. He has taken a leading role in the development of Shanghai 14th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development, Shanghai 14th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry, action plans for industrial sector and new infrastructure in Shanghai, and action plan (2022-2025) of promoting green and low-carbon industries in Shanghai. In addition, he also serves as the deputy director and secretary-general of the Shanghai Energy Standardization Technical Committee, a member of the Rational Electricity Consumption Subcommittee of the National Energy Standardization Committee, a member of the editorial board of magazines Shanghai Energy Conservation and Motor and Control Application, and a member expert of the Sino-German Energy Efficiency Project.

秦宏波工学博士，现任上海市能效中心/上海市产业绿色发展促进中心副主任，高级工程师。
长期致力于循环经济工作，参与推进了上海市园区循环化改造、余热资源利用、再制造、工业固废利用等工作，制定了上海市地方标准“塑料制品绿色设计评价导则”。牵头开展了《上海市产业绿色发展“十四五”规划》、《上海市节能环保产业 “十四五”规划》、《上海市工业领域碳达峰行动方案》、《上海市新型基础设施领域碳达峰行动方案》、《上海市瞄准新赛道促进绿色低碳产业发展行动方案（2022-2025年）》等规划方案的研究和推进工作。
此外，他还兼任上海市能源标准化技术委员会副主任、秘书长，国家能标委合理用电分委会委员，《上海节能》、《电机与控制应用》等杂志编委会委员，中德能效项目特聘专家。

Aiying Wang

Dr. Aiying Wang joined Envac in 2021 as President & CEO, Greater China & South East Asia. Aiying leads the team to focus on growth in China, HK, Singapore, Malaysia and adjacent areas in the segments of eco-cities, hospitals, airports and buildings. Envac is
committed to the mission of a better environment, greener earth, and desirable communities.

Prior to Envac, Aiying served as VP/GM of APAC Electrical Component Division at Eaton. She led the APAC team to upgrade the R&D capabilities and operational excellence with a healthy business growth through a clear strategy and consistent execution.

Between 2011 to 2016, Aiying was Business Operation VP/GM for KEMET Electronics in China where she took great pride in the team for achieving worldwide record performance and creating a sustainable positive culture.

Before moving to China, Aiying worked in the USA from 1993 to 2011 in a diversity of roles, as material scientist at BIC Corp., as manager of R&D, Process Engineering and Operations at KEMET, and as Leader of Technical Source at Michelin North America.

Aiying holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the USA and a BS in Chemistry from China. She is an inventor of more than a dozen granted US patents. In 2018 Aiying received Mindspan (Australia) Executive Coaching Certification which further supports her passion to raise the bar for leadership in the community. Aiying served as Vice Chair and Chair for AmCham Suzhou Advisory Committee.

In June 2021 Aiying received the Award of “Women in Tech” by Forbes China in recognition of her proactive contribution to STEM fields and in setting examples for women leadership.

Suhas Khandagale is currently based in Shanghai, China. Has been the part of H&M over past 15 years & worked on different roles in regions such as India, Srilanka, Indonesia and Bangladesh. Originally a textile graduate from India & post-graduated from NIFT; has worked in the areas like product development, sourcing, merchandising, raw materials sourcing and innovation management. At present responsible for steering activities related with sustainable materials & process innovations and while leading the H&M groups long term sustainable materials goals together with group brands & business units.

Chloe Lin

Chloe has more than ten years of working experience in financial field. She has worked on strategic research and development, project due diligence and risk control in FE Leasing，Citic securities and Triwise capital, with rich experience in investment and integration of industry and finance. She also has abundant resources and practical experience in large consumption field.
-Investment case: TRANSWARP Technology, LANSUS Technology, INDA BIO, AKESO BIO, INNOV BIO, BIOTIME, etc.
-M&A case: TOWO Group.

When OATLY entered China at the end of 2017, Chloe was engaged in its financial planning; in 2019, she took the responsibility of business strategy in Asia and sustainable development. She has promoted some projects initiated or co-sponsored by OATLY, such as the establishment of China Plant-based Food Group Logo, HEPING Recycling Program, Silent Barista Charity Project, Barista Growth Plan. Now she is working with customers such as Starbucks and NGOs such as Goalblue to promote a plant-based lifestyle.

She graduated from Xiamen University, University of Surrey UK, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and UC Berkeley.

拥有超过十年以上的金融领域工作经验，曾在央企上市公司远东宏信集团、中信证券以及PE机构勤智资本从事战略研究与拓展、项目尽职调查和风控工作。具有丰富的投资以及产融结合经验。风投案例：国民飞骧、亦诺微、星环科技、辛巴达旅游、柯锐思德；并购案例：途窝集团。在大消费领域具有丰富的资源和实践经验。

2017年底OATLY进入中国伊始，从事财务规划工作；2019年开始主持亚洲商业战略和可持续发展工作，推动了由OATLY发起或联合发起的中国植物性食品团标建立、盒平回收计划、无声咖啡师公益项目、咖啡师成长计划等项目，并和Starbucks等客户，Goalblue等NGO共同推动植物基生活方式。

先后就读于厦门大学、University of Surrey UK、长江商学院以及UC Berkeley。
