ZHAO Kai is Executive Vice President of China Association of Circular Economy （CACE），the senior engineer, and graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University with a MBA Master degree. Mr. Zhao has been working on the promotion of energy conservation and circular economy for over twenty years, and has extensive experience in international cooperation projects. He also engaged in the formulation of many national and industrial standards and currently acts as the member of National Standardization Technical Committee in specialized fields including Environmental Protection Products（SAC/TC275）, Product Recycle Fundamentals and Management（SAC/TC415）, Energy System（SAC/TC459）and etc. He has successively won the second and third prize for the China Standards Innovation and Contribution Award.

GAO Si has served as the head of the IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute China Team since 2007. She is responsible for the overall management, administration and leadership for whole IVL China team. Si coordinates the team development and represents IVL in China. Besides this, Si is also one of the responsible and launching person for the SAVE12.3 (SDG 12.3 goals supporting) China Base. Before IVL, Si has served in the Sino-Swedish (Tianjin) Environmental Center. for over 3 years. She holds a master’s degree in environmental science, and a senior engineer in solid waste.
高思自2007年起担任瑞典环境科学研究院（IVL）中国部的主任，负责中国部的全面管理、行政与领导事务，并推进团组发展和代表IVL面对中国客户和公众。除此之外，高思也是SAVE 12.3（联合国可持续发展目标12.3，减少食物浪费）中国平台的发起人之一。在IVL工作之前，高思曾经在中瑞（天津）环境技术中心服务过3年。她是环境科学硕士，也是固废高级工程师。

Johan has 7 years’ experience from South Korea, China and Hong Kong assisting Swedish companies expanding in Asia. Currently a strong focus on start-ups and the tech scene, especially in Shenzhen.
