Anders Kristensen, General Manager at Albatros Travel, and Felicia Lindoff, Co-Founder of Sino-Swedish Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre, will share their personal stories about how they created their careers and experiences from their years of working in China.

Is it easy for foreigners to create a career in China? How do you seize the best career opportunities? What challenges can you expect to face when working your way up the career ladder? On Thursday, November 16th, the General Manager at Albatros Travel, Anders Kristensen and Co-Founder of Sino-Swedish Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre, Felicia Lindoff will try to answer these questions and share their own experiences to push your career in the right direction.

Anders Kristensen has been committed to create a career in China right from beginning. He was the first ever intern in the consular and visa department at the Royal Danish Embassy in Beijing during his studies. Quickly after he graduated in 2010, he achieved to become the General Manager at Albatros Travel (Beijing) after only one year as Project Manager in the same company.

Fast approaching 9 years of presence in China, Felicia Lindoff has an extensive experience working in different fields of industry here. Felicia has worked as CSR Programme Officer at the Embassy of Sweden in China and is concurrently the founder and owner of her Scandinavian interior design studio North of North and the Co-Founder of Sino-Swedish Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre. With her unique understanding of the Chinese culture, Felicia is also part of the Main Board of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China.

Both speakers know the dos and dont's when building a career in China and will share their personal experience. After the presentations there will be a panel discussion, where it is possible to ask questions to both speakers.

The event will take place at Blue Marlin Bar and Restaurant, who has kindly offered a discount on selected meals and drinks throughout the evening, so make sure to come early to enjoy some good food and a drink or two.
