AI is rapidly changing how we work, apply for jobs and build our careers. CVs can be generated in seconds, employers are increasingly using AI throughout recruitment. So, how do you differentiate yourself in an AI-enabled job market?
Join the Swedish Chambers APAC Young Professionals for an interactive online workshop with Elsie Yung and ELS Asia exploring how young professionals and students can navigate career development in the AI era.
Rather than focusing solely on how to use AI, the session will explore how to combine these new tools with the distinctly human capabilities that continue to matter. From communicating your value and building a strong professional profile to developing the judgement, adaptability and interpersonal skills that employers increasingly look for.
What you will explore
- CV & cover letter optimisation: How to use AI effectively without losing your individual voice.
- Standing out in an AI-enabled hiring market: What makes a candidate memorable when everyone has access to similar tools.
- Your professional story: How to communicate who you are, what you can contribute and where you want to go.
- Human capabilities that matter: The skills and qualities that become most valuable.
- Practical career development: Actions you can take now to strengthen your positioning and prepare for your next opportunity.
We look forward to welcoming you.
