This Autumn, the SwedCham will continue the webinar on "She-conomy: Women Leadership". This time we take the initiative and combine the sharing sessions with a Mini Live Job Fair. By doing this, we hope our audience could be highly encouraged and inspired to embrace challenges and potentials in their career under this uncertain times.
For the sharing sessions, you will hear Ms. Edith Wang, Managing Director at Bulten, story from Entry to CEO, why did she enter and why she has been working in the manufacture industry for 7 years, what are the main strengths for women to get an important position or job among aggressive competitors?
We also have invited Mr. Ernst -Jan Van Hurne (EJ), General Manger Beijing atAccess People , who will give the audience a brief update about the current job market since Covid-19 and the employment trends, and how to reach skilled talents for companies?
A panel discussion will be arranged and moderated by Ms. Rachel Tong, Secretary General atLean In China (励媖中国)

Ernst-Jan van Hurne (or just “EJ”), is a Dutch Senior Manager with a broad International experience, visiting China for his work since 1996 and based in Beijing since 2004.
EJ worked for 12 years in the (Renewable) Energy and Water Supply industry. As Business Acquisition Manager he was involved in developing Wind, Biomass and Water projects across the Globe (including China, Scandinavia, UK, South America and the Middle East). He made a career-change 14 years ago to Executive Search and is since 2013 General Manager at Access People, a Danish Executive Search and Recruitment company (active in China/Asia since 2006).
At Access People, EJ and his team support SME’s as well as large MNC’s with their recruitment, helping them close positions from Junior Management to Senior Executives at APAC Level.
EJ is happily married for already more than 12 years with Lily, an English Professor and successful entrepreneur from Beijing.

Rachel Tong oversees Lean In China's (LIC) strategy including programs, team management and government relations. Prior to joining LIC, she worked at China’s leading think tank on philanthropy, driving industry-renowned executive education programs, corporate and family philanthropy global initiatives.
Rachel is also an experienced educator and researcher. She has published different industry reports and contributed articles to four national publishing projects focusing on the social sector.
Rachel was previously sponsored by the US State Department to attend a fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School and was selected as a Richard Rockefeller Fellow.
