Vice President at IKEA Supply Area East Asia
Camelia joined the leading home furnishing brand IKEA in 1997 and has made great contribution to the company during her 26-year career journey with IKEA. At present, she is the Vice President, IKEA Supply Area East Asia, to lead the Supply Area assignments and organisation in East Asia, together with the management team. She leads the compliance agenda of IKEA Supply Area East Asia and office operations to facilitate office-level exchanges and strengthen the interaction and cooperation among the offices.
She is a senior purchasing manager, with rich experience from many roles in IKEA, leading people/teams globally in different categories/materials, creating the global purchasing strategy and developing logistics. This empowered her to gain a thorough and global vision of the home furnishing industry and supply chain management.
Camelia holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Polytechnic University Bucharest, and graduated MBA from National School for Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest.

Lars-Åke Severin is the founder and CEO of the Security Consultancy firm PSU. Lars-Åke has a background from the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Police and Swedish Security Police (SÄPO). Lars-Åke operationally led the Swedish Royal Family Close Protection Teams and founded Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Victoria‘s Close Protection Team.
林奇辉先生是北京御安行安全防范技术咨询有限公司的创始人及首席执行官，曾任职于瑞典武装部队、瑞典警队和安全警察部队。他曾领导过瑞典王室护卫队，创建了维多利亚王储殿下的护卫队。
Lars-Åke founded PSU in China in 2006 and is one of the leading foreign experts on security management in China. Lars-Åke is also Director and member of the board of the Swedish industrial company Bulten (China) and Chairman of the board at Powercell China. From 2010 to 2016 Lars-Åke served as Director of the main board for Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and from 2016-2021 as its Chairman.
