Krรคftskiva (Crayfish Party) is the highlight of late summer in Sweden, and SwedCham's Crayfish Party has become an annual tradition in both Shanghai and Beijing.
The 2024 Swedish Crayfish Party will be held on September 6th (Friday) evening in the beautiful Roof Garden (8F) at the Shanghai Edition Hotel, a historic venue in the heart of Shanghai. Highlights of the evening will include of course the Swedish style crayfish, the traditional singing, customary crayfish party accessories.
This year, we can have a maximum of 80 guests. As the seats are very limited, we welcome you to reserve your ticket as early as possible, or you may miss out on this event.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a traditional event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Ask your IT to whitelist the domain "XX@hlzrkj.xyzโ". Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email.
