Do you often run into problems that reoccur too frequently? Are you too occupied with firefighting to take care of your real tasks? Do you want to solve problems more efficiently? Lean Six Sigma DMAIC is an efficient problem-solving methodology, using "Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control" steps along with practical tools to achieve product quality improvement, process efficiency optimization, and operation cost reduction. Lean Six Sigma Certification is thus one of the most popular certifications in the workplace market. This training includes:
After fully participation, all participants will receive a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification issued by ASQ (American Society of Quality) certified Master Black Belt. This training will be held in English due to preference of course participants, but parts can be translated to Chinese when needed. Please note that this course will open if we reach a minimum of 15 attendants.

In this section, you will learn about the background and basics about Lean Six Sigma
In Define phase, you need to answer the question – what is the problem exactly? To answer this question, you will learn about how to create a Project Charter, how to create a SIPOC, and how to generate CTQ through real case group exercises.
In Measure phase, you need to answer the question – how big is the problem currently? To answer this question, you will learn about output measurable identification, Operational Definition, Measurement System Analysis, Basic Statistics, Process Capability, Performance Visualization through real case group exercises.
In Analyze phase, you need to answer the question – what are the root causes of the problem? To answer this question, you will learn about the roadmap of root cause verification, how to identify potential causes with Cause-effect Diagram (Fishbone) and "5 why" and process analysis tools such as Spaghetti Diagram and Swim-lane Diagram through real case group exercises.
In Improve phase, you need to answer the question – what are the best solutions of the problem? To answer this question, you will learn about how to generate potential solutions with standard Lean tools and multiple Brainstorming tools, how to select solutions and how to implement solutions through real case group exercises.
In Control phase, you need to answer the question – how to keep the improvement sustainable? To answer this question, you will learn about Documentation, Control Charts and Reaction Plan.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a training for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the training costs.
