In today's globalized landscape, cross-cultural influence and collaboration are indispensable for businesses and professionals engaged in international operations. Navigating complex, dynamic scenarios requires a structured approach to quickly contextualize interactions, exert positive influence, foster collaboration, and align mutual interests effectively.

This one-day intensive class will unpack the core competencies required for cross-cultural impact. Key topics include: 1) cultural dimensions comparing China and Sweden, 2) 10 actionable influence techniques and their organizational applications, and 3) critical stakeholder mapping and management. Participants will also collaborate to troubleshoot real-world challenges encountered in cross-cultural work environments.
