Ms. GUAN Xiuhong (Jenny Guan) has assumed the role of Managing Director for China mainland and Hong Kong at Electrolux Group, a leading international home appliance brand, since October 23, 2023. She resides and works in Shanghai.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in the consumer goods and e-commerce industries, Ms. Guan has held various senior management positions in leading multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble and Henkel, as well as domestic e-commerce giant Alibaba. She has accumulated profound expertise in business operations, organizational management, and market trends in the retail and e-commerce sectors. Her leadership has injected powerful momentum into the development of Electrolux Group in China. She will lead the team and work with business partners to expand and accelerate the growth of AEG and Electrolux in China, delivering better experiences to consumers.

Moreover, as an outstanding home-grown female leader, Ms. Guan has accumulated extensive cross-cultural work experience over the years and has her own insights into the unique advantages of female leadership and women's career development. Jean Liu is a seasoned executive in business development, marketing and corporate affairs. Her career spans the globe from north America to Asia.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at EF, Education First, world’s largest privately held education company. Jean leads the company’s corporate affairs functions，includes Government Relations, Public Relations, Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Prior to joining EF, Jean was heading the Cloud marketing team for IBM’s Growth Market Unit with a worldwide team under her leadership. She later went on to lead IBM China’s marketing team for Cloud and for the technology services business.

Before joining IBM in Shanghai, Jean was Vice President of Corporate Affairs for EDS Corporation. Based in Shanghai, Jean covered government relations, business development, partner relationships and marketing and communications for EDS in China. She was also on the Board of an EDS joint venture in China as well as Vice Chairman of China Association of Services Trade.

Jean also spent 5 years in the telecom industry, first as director of brand management and advertising at AT&T Asia Pacific. Later she became the global vice president for brand management and advertising for AT&T and BT’s joint venture, based in Hong Kong.

Before joining the technology industry, Jean gained extensive advertising, public relations and marketing experience with leading global agencies, holding management positions with public relations firm Burson-Marsteller and advertising agency D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (DMB&B) in the United States and Asia.

Liu holds a BA degree in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
