Kräftskiva (Crayfish Party) is the highlight of late summer in Sweden, and SwedCham's Crayfish Party has become an annual tradition in both Shanghai and Beijing, we warmly welcome you and your family and colleague to join us, celebrate and explore the taste of Sweden and Swedish summer vibe.

The 2025 Swedish Crayfish Party will be held on September 5th (Friday) 2025, evening in Shanghai, and this year's highlight will be the Swedish Style buffet catered by the well-known Swedish bistro SMAKA, from the Swedish-style cooked crayfish to different Swedish classic salad, pie and seafood, we would love to show you the best part of the Swedish food and festival culture.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a traditional event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao (VAT Invoice)

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 business days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please email: finance@swedcham.cn
